Thank you for your trust on the Nex (hereinafter referred to as “Nex”, the “Product” or
“our Service”). Nex is a plugin product to analyze and summarize online contents. As the
operator of Nex, NexGen Innovation Limited (address: 8 The Green, Ste A, in the City of Dover County of
Kent, the State of Delaware; contact information: contact@nex.social) (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) respects your privacy and protects your
personal information (hereinafter may referred to as “PI”). By formulating this Nex Privacy
Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”), we intend to explain to you how we process
personal information at current stage and over the last twelve (12) months, and how you can exercise
your personal information rights.
Please read this Policy carefully before you sign up for Nex. In particular, please pay attention to the
terms marked in bold to ensure that you fully understand the rules of our personal information
processing activities. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when you click “consent” button of this Policy,
you are deemed to consent to our personal information processing activities herein.

At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months, we have not shared your PI with any company,
organization or individual for a business purpose, except with our affiliates for system maintenance
or security purposes.
Nevertheless, along with the future development, we may share your PI with other third parties to
optimize the functions of Nex. In that case, we will only share your PI for legal, legitimate,
necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and only share the PI necessary to the third Parties. The third
Parties will not be authorized to use the shared PI for any other purpose. Besides, we will sign strict
confidentiality agreements/terms with the third Parties, requiring them to process PI in accordance with
our instructions and this Policy, and also to take appropriate security measures to protect your PI.
At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months we have not transferred your PI to any
company, organization or individual.
Nevertheless, along with the future development, we may transfer your PI under the scenarios of merger,
division, dissolution, or bankruptcy. In that case, we will inform you the name and contact information
of the PI recipient and other information in relation to the PI transfer, and obtain your authorization.
Also, we will require the PI recipient to continue to comply with this Policy and other data protection
obligations. If the PI recipient changes the original PI processing purpose and method, it shall
additionally obtain your authorization.
At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months we have not publicly disclosed your PI. Nevertheless, we may disclose your PI according to applicable laws and regulations, administrative enforcement or judicial requirements.
“Sale” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or
otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, personal information to
another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. At current stage and over the last twelve (12) months, we have not sold your PI with any company,
organization or individual.
Nevertheless, if we sell your PI for business purpose, we will notify you categories of PI we sell, data
recipients concerned and other issues that matter, provide you with the option to opt out this activity
and ensure your benefits and rights in this respect.
Cookies are plain text files stored on a computer or mobile device by a network server. The contents of
a cookie can only be retrieved or read by the server that created it. Each cookie is unique to your web
browser or mobile application. Cookie usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and
characters. We use cookies for the purpose of user login facilitation. When you sign up for this
Product, we will record the username, Google email address, language preference and your portrait to
store your preferences and settings and enabling you to log in.

“Do Not Track” (hereinafter referred to as “DNT”) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, for the internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites. We take privacy and security very seriously and strives to put our users first in all aspects of our business. With regard to DNT, we currently do not respond to DNT signals in browsers.
We will store your PI collected within this Product in the server located in the United States, and
strictly keep you PI confidential. We will retain your PI described in this Policy for as long as it is
reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Upon expiration of the retention period,
we will delete or anonymize your PI, unless it needs to be retained according to applicable laws and
regulations.
Also, if we terminate operation of this Product, we will notify you in advance and delete or anonymize
your PI, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or we are obliged to store you PI.
We adopt appropriate security measures in line with industry standards to protect your PI, avoiding any unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, utilization, processing, or modification of the PI we collect. In case of PI security incidents, we will promptly inform you the following information by e-mail in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:
If it is infeasible to inform you in person, we will make public announcements to report the security events according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
In accordance with applicable laws and ethical principles, we guarantee you to exercise the following rights to your PI:
To exercise your rights listed above, please submit a request through contact@nex.social****. Under US Privacy Laws, you may also designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. Please note that to protect your PI and the integrity of our services, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. In some cases we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as your email address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
The definition of children might be different in accordance with applicable laws. For the purpose of
this Policy, children refer to minors under the age of 16.
Our Service does not specifically target children, thus we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If you
are parents or guardians and you are aware that your children use Nex and provide us with PI without
your permission, please contact us to terminate our Service to the children and delete their IP. Also,
if we initially become aware that we have collected PI from children without parental consent, we will
terminate our Service and remove their PI from our servers as well.
This Policy is only applicable to the information collected by us through our Product hereunder. Even if you visit a third party's website with our Product plugged in and use the services provided by such third party, the commitment made by the third party's privacy policy has nothing to do with our Product under this Policy. Please note that we have no control over the products, services or PI processed by third parties. The protection of your PI in the process of using third-party products or services does not apply to this Policy. This Policy also does not apply to any information you choose to provide to third parties. It is recommended that you consult or contact such third parties to obtain details about their privacy policies. If you find that these web pages created by third parties or applications developed by third parties are at risk, it is recommended that you terminate relevant operations to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
In order to provide you with better service and with the development of our business, this Policy will be updated. Without your consent, we will not reduce your rights and benefits under this Policy. We will issue an updated version through this Product and remind you of any updates to this Policy through announcements in the product or other appropriate ways. If you continue to use Nex, you are deemed to accept the updated contents. Nevertheless, for material changes, we may explain it to you via email, pop-up windows, etc., and obtain your specific consent.
